Hello, I'm Dr. Deanna

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, supportive, and tailored to the individual. I strive to create a space where clients feel understood and comfortable exploring what they’re experiencing while working toward meaningful change.

My Story

My clinical experience includes working with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, emotional dysregulation, ADHD, substance use concerns, and other life stressors. My approach to therapy is person-centered, collaborative, and integrative. Rather than relying on one therapeutic approach for every client, I work to understand each person’s individual needs, experiences, and goals. Depending on the client, I may incorporate elements of psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT-informed skills, motivational interviewing, and humanistic approaches.I value helping clients better understand themselves and the patterns that may be affecting their emotions, relationships, and everyday lives, while also developing practical tools that can support them outside of therapy.Deanna Jabourian, M.A., is a Registered Psychological Associate (PSB #94029880) practicing under the supervision of Jessica Lasater, Psy.D. (PSY #32251), The Connected Psychology and Wellness Group, APC.
